This position provides comprehensive HR support, coordination and counsel related to a wide variety of HR activities and systems in accordance within service level agreements. Primary areas of responsibility include onboarding, HRIS data entry and approvals, performance management, time & attendance, payroll issues related to HR, and offboarding. This co-op is expected to perform responsibilities within established service level agreements by using appropriate tools, resources, and procedures to perform processes, document, and resolve inquiries and issues. Groups serviced include active employees, managers, HR business partners, coordinators, and various HR Center of Excellence subject matter experts. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
