Post Award Analyst CMP (Cellular Molecular Pha) Full Time 82357BR Job Summary The Post Award Analyst uses skills as seasoned, experienced research administrator to manage high volume and high complexity transactions. The incumbent is part of the Post Award Team for the Department and is responsible for the full life cycle of post award management of ~$7M in extramural funds for ~13 researchers (faculty, postdoctoral scholars, fellows and graduate students). The responsibilities include exercising judgment and independently interpreting, analyzing, and advising the Principal Investigators and/or Department Manager for each fund of current and anticipated problems, as well as suggesting the best financial strategy as to how the funds are spent within the framework of sponsor/university/departments requirements. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $81,000 - $121,600 (Annual Rate). CMP provides administrative and financial services to 15 primary faculty members; 5 adjunct faculty members; 20 non-faculty academics; 40 postdoctoral scholars and 21 graduate students.
