In this role, you'll directly contribute to disease prevention, health promotion, and disaster response efforts, working closely with health departments and public health districts to support your community.

Pay: $15 per hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients by answering questions, offering information, and delivering services to meet customer expectations.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, WIC voucher printing, and maintaining caseloads, inventory, and office supplies.
  • Handle complex customer service issues, researching policies, procedures, and regulations to resolve concerns.
  • Interpret as needed and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to ensure accurate information delivery.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED, with at least 90 college credit hours from an accredited institution.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
  • Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
