Facilitate the development of high-impact strategic launch and sustain plans for key existing markets to drive maximum awareness and leverage strengths of the Wendy's International brand. Work in partnership with Marketing Manager, Restaurant Support Center and Franchisee Marketing teams to develop annual promotional calendar, media strategies and sales channel specific growth plans to maximize sales and transaction year-on-year growth. Guide and influence alignment to brand standards across products, menus, brand positioning and recommended pricing strategies. Support LTO implementation and participation across the region in partnership with Marketing Manager and Sr. Director. Partner with brand and advertising team, advertising agency and cross-functional teams to achieve annual objectives. As-needed support Regional Marketing Managers on a project specific basis. Overall success will be measured by improvements in sales, customer counts, development (new restaurant growth) cadence of growth and profitability for the system.

Bilingual Spanish/English Required.

Responsibilities

Maintain the implementation of annual brand plans for assigned markets within Mexico & LAC ensuring goals and calendars are followed while ensuring franchisees stay accountable to brand standards and business objectives. Build relationship and credibility with franchisees and lead regular meetings to evaluate results of advertising and promotional activities, including assessment of media plans, media mix and investment priorities.

Work with cross-functional teams on menu innovation, menu optimization, and elevation of standards. Work closely with Mktg Manager to gain franchisee alignment on menu, innovation plans, LTOs and priorities.

Provide project management for assigned initiatives including coordination with local agency on creative campaign, creative asset management and LTO implementation. Work closely with Supply Chain and in conjunction with DRSC Brand and Advertising team to successfully roll out LTOs.

Support LAC marketing team in preparing Monthly Marketing reviews and quarterly business reviews.

Prepare and participate in Menu Council working closely with Marketing Manager to capture LAC region needs while communicating to cross-functional team members updates and upcoming



What we expect from you
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

2+ years of related experience in Marketing

Strong disciplined execution and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong communication skills

Strong computer along with written and oral communication skills

Fluent in Spanish (written and oral communications skills)

Selected candidate must be located in Mexico City or be located within a 1-hour commute by car to Mexico City. The team meets weekly in the Polanco area.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is XX% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
