Seeking a junior or midlevel associate with 2-5 years of large law firm experience to join our ERISA litigation practice. The successful applicant must possess experience in defending class action litigation, possess academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Prior ERISA litigation experience preferred but not required. This position may be resident in our Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia or Washington, DC office. Morgan Lewis is not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
