  • Start Date: Mid-December with positions available throughout the season.
  • Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who love the outdoors and have a passion for exceptional guest service. Job Responsibilities:

  • Operation & Guest Assistance: Safely operate lifts or tubing facilities. Assist guests with loading and unloading, guide chairs, check tickets, and ensure safety equipment is used.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Monitor guest actions and test all safety and command switches. Report any issues or unusual conditions to supervisors or mechanics.
  • Area Management: Keep areas clean and orderly, clear snow from ramps, and handle litter collection. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the lift.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide information, answer questions, and maintain a positive, friendly attitude. Ensure proper ticket checks and look out for counterfeit passes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, monitor machinery, and report any safety or weather concerns. Assist with maintenance and perform other assigned duties as needed.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
