How You'll Make a Difference

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data Engineers and data scientists to gather requirements, streamline data flows, and ensure visualizations meet the specific needs of marketing teams. Maintaining data integrity through data governance practices and continuously enhancing the accessibility of insights for non-technical users. Providing training and support to empower marketing teams to leverage data visualizations effectively, driving data literacy and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Passionate about using visual storytelling to elevate marketing effectiveness and support growth objectives.

What You'll Bring to the Role




  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of data visualization experience
  • 5+ years of SQL coding and data modeling experience
  • 2+ years of modern data warehousing
  • 3+ years of Analytics experience
  • Advanced experience in creating data visualizations with tools like Tableau for large-scale marketing data sets and complex business requirements.
  • Proficient in data modeling and query languages such as SQL on cloud-based platforms like Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, including campaign performance, customer journey, and conversion funnel analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to non-technical marketing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
  • Experience with Google and Adobe Analytics to understand key marketing metrics.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, results-focused, and action-oriented.
  • Capable of creating detailed documentation for data workflows, visualization processes, and user guides to support consistent and accurate usage of a product.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
