Apply Job ID: 007427 Description: Next Generation Center (1522 Southern Boulevard) $82,000 - $86,000 / year Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Clinical Services reports to the Senior Director of Youth Empowerment Programs. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services leads the clinical services and program implementation in collaboration with Lifeset, Office of Victim Services, Mental Health, and Court Involved Initiative programs to implement a cohesive program service model for youth, adults, and families. The Assistant Director of Clinical Coaches works with coaches, social workers, and case management staff to provide services to ensure youth and families' therapeutic needs are met through training and other implementation services. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services works with the clinical service supervisor and Lifeset program fidelity model to develop individual service plans to ensure youth and family's needs and individual goals are achieved with the goal of youth and youth adults achieving independence and self-sufficiency. STRATEGY: The Assistant Director of Clinical Service will support YEP Clinical staff and Lifeset Specialist to help youth and young adults set and achieve individual goals and objectives. By working with all YEP Senior Directors, Supervisors and staff, the Assistant Director of Clinical Services creates a comprehensive model of assessment, goal planning, and continuous evaluation to ensure youth/young adults achieve individual goals and objectives as they move towards independence.
