We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to provide comprehensive program management support in coordinating and managing communications for assets during emergencies and planned events. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication strategies, resource alignment, and operational effectiveness in critical and scheduled scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage communication plans to support organizational assets during emergency situations and planned events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program communication needs, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, action plans, and status reports to support communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align resources and ensure operational readiness.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Provide timely updates and facilitate information flow to leadership and relevant teams during critical events.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, protocols, and emergency communication standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in emergency or event-related communication coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and systems used in emergency response or event planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
