As a member of the Integration Marketing Communication Team, the Creative Traffic Coordinator will support the internal creative team and assist in the coordination and execution of creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and creative deliverables align with project objectives. You will work closely with multiple cross functional teams members to deliver engaging creative assets across multiple channels and platforms. To be successful in this role, This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is skilled in project management, communication, and multitasking.

What You Do.



  • Coordinatescreative projects including but not limited to:


    • Website, eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, Email, Social Media, and other key digital projects
    • Print & Corporate Creative projects.


  • Serves as main point of contact for product related tasks and deliverables.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between the design team and internal stakeholders to refine creative outputs.
  • Organizes and runs project-related team meetings and communicates action steps.
  • Support the team in resolving any project-related challenges or roadblocks.
  • Develops timelines and identifies responsible internal & external parties to ensure milestones are met.
  • Works with Creative Managers to assign work to design team.
  • Clearly communicates project scope and ongoing status to internal and external teams.
  • Utilizes Project Management tools to keep all projects organized and visible.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and their status using appropriate technology.
  • Analyze work plans to identify issues and barriers.
  • Directs day-to-day activities of creative projects.
  • Works collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
  • Assesses, mitigates, resolves, and escalates risks and issues as necessary.
  • Tailors processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
  • Creates and refines business processes.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Skills & Abilities



  • Knowledge and prior experience in marketing and communication or advertising agency highly preferred
  • Responsible for providing direction to project team members.
  • Must have a direct but diplomatic approach to project coordination with a proven ability to develop and streamline processes.


Your Education and Experience.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of project coordination experience.
