About the role: You will track, review and communicate pending and passed regulations, agency guidelines or directives to impacted lines of business and assist in setting priorities for regulatory issues that must be addressed by the business. About the team: The Global AML and Sanctions Compliance Team is responsible for preventing, managing and mitigating the financial crime risks that may occur through the types of services we offer, transactions we process or the customers we onboard. Our goal is to be a be a trusted and independent second line of defense control function, in order to protect FIS from financial crime risks. What you will be doing: * Resolution of anti-money laundering alerts, escalation of alerts, creation of manual work items, follow up with business stakeholders on obtaining pertinent information, peer quality check * Experience with AML monitoring software * Ability to learn on the job and adapt to ongoing changes, a high work ethic and willingness to be a part of a team Added bonus if you have: * Working knowledge of Actimize AML solution * Experience with non-bank payment industry * CAMS, CFCS, CAFP, CRCM or other similar industry-recognized certifications What we offer you: Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
