Staffmark is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as an Accounting Technician in sunny San Bernardino, CA! Pay: $29.25 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Lead or Supervisor.

As the Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for generating Sponsored Projects post-award invoices for awarding agencies, ensuring that terms and conditions for cost-reimbursable, fixed-price/rate awards, and cash drawdowns are met.

Additional duties include:



  • Compiling supporting documents for invoice charges
  • Interpreting billing requirements from grant contracts
  • Maintaining billing cycle schedules and deadlines
  • Assisting with financial data or reports for Sponsored Programs financial desk audits and year-end audits
  • Collaborating with Sponsored Program Administration (SPA), campus departments, and agencies to ensure timely and accurate billing

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
