Looking to start your career close to home? Staffmark is offering an entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity in Fort Payne, AL as a Manufacturing Associate. No experience is necessary-we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.

Shift Options: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available

Pay: $15

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:



  • Properly handle and retrieve parts from bins/totes according to the production schedule.
  • Inspect rework to ensure that quality parts are being sent to the production line.
  • Wipe parts with tack cloths as necessary to maintain quality standards for parts that will be painted.
  • Complete production reports for raw and reworked parts, organized by color and part number.
  • Utilize the Manufacturing Information System (MIS)
