As a senior member of the Decision Sciences team, you will lead the development of innovative machine learning solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experiences. Partnering with Adobe Research and other business units, the candidate will architect products that transform the way companies approach audience creation, journey optimization, and personalization at scale. You will join a diverse, collaborative, lively group of engineers and scientists long established in the ML space. The work is dynamic, fast-paced, creative, and data-driven. The Decision Sciences team spearheads a transformative initiative that powers Digital Experience solutions with AI-driven intelligence for personalization at scale, a key differentiator in the industry. Decision Sciences develops AI/ML-powered solutions that enhance business outcomes and boost operational efficiency for our customers. What you'll Do

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
