We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team's priorities are:

What this job involves
Supporting industry changing projects
As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will be directly responsible for supporting a project management team to deliver challenging projects. Being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will collect, manage and prepare reports on all project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules and meeting minutes. Your interest in projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the project management team throughout the project life cycle from Initiate to Close
Provide project management support in accordance with the guidelines and requirements established by the Project Management Office
Project accounting including use of accounting systems and various databases
Entry and maintenance of budgets, purchase orders, and change orders
Invoicing processing, including verification of general contractors pay applications for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
Knowledge Management and training to include creation and maintenance of training materials, maintain and developed project management field manual
Vendor maintenance in compliance with client's policies
Vendor aging management
Systems support, including trouble shooting and issue resolution
Single point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions and issue resolution for assigned projects
Process Improvement
Metric based reporting internal to Project Management Team
Badging and security guard requests
Assist with tracking RFIs, submittals, material expediting log
Other responsibilities related to the job directly ask by the supervisor.

Education and experience
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
(2+) years of experience related to construction project management is preferred, but experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables.
