We are looking for a Master Scheduler to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team.

First Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Scheduler with extensive experience using Epicor ERP software and a proven track record of supervisory leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end scheduling process, ensuring that production and inventory operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop accurate production schedules, monitor progress, and resolve any scheduling issues. Your leadership will guide a team of schedulers, ensuring that best practices are followed, deadlines are met, and resources are optimally utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epicor's functionalities, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Physical- sedentary work, proficient in using a PC keyboard
  • Working Hours- fulltime
  • Personal Traits- Great communication skills, professional and positive teamwork attitude. Ability to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Issue job travelers and schedule jobs in manufacturing software.
  • Complete part set up in manufacturing software
  • Manage Revision Change Process for the plant
  • Working with Program Management issue and schedule development jobs.
  • Produce daily schedule for manufacturing resources.
  • Keep Account Manager and Plant Manager advised of any changes in lead times or expected ship dates.
  • Work with supervisors and Production Manager to ensure manufacturing resources are used optimally.
  • Create and modify Methods of Manufacturing and Jobs in manufacturing software as required.
  • Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Must be able to follow direction and work independently.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good computer skills, including experienced in the use of Word and Excel and Epicor.
  • Knowledgeable in all manufacturing processes and experienced in scheduling in an enterprise resource planning computer application.
  • Ability to work well with others.

Education and Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of experience in similar function.
