Job Summary

Responsible for identifying and attracting top physician and advanced practice provider talent for our organization through various sourcing channels. This position will work closely with our recruiters and leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

Essential Functions
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, professional membership organization sites, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain external and internal pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Attends community/academic partner events targeted at attracting applicants to the organization. Builds and maintains diverse candidate pools through collaboration with community partners and other various sourcing techniques.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and leaders to understand hiring needs and serve as a subject matter expert for developing sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and enhance (as needed) reports and metrics analyzing the effectiveness of sourcing campaigns.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing.
  • Experience utilizing various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
