Location: The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid status of reporting to any Consumers Energy Service Center every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with home office flexibility on Wednesday and Friday. We are looking for: Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the Marketing Strategies required to achieve business goals such as margin, MW savings, and customer enrollments. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Product Owners (Product Managers) in using research, analytics, customer journey maps, and other tools to develop the go to market strategy required to achieve our business goals. Define marketing objectives necessary to meet business outcomes, establish funding requirements, and understand product budgets to direct effective customer-centric campaign strategies that deliver against business targets across channels. In addition to partnering with the Product Teams, this person will also engage Economic Development, Experience Design, Research, Sales, Corporate Communications, Legal, 3rd party agencies, and various external teams.
