Introduction As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead high-visibility, transformative projects for a global client, leveraging Agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine customer engagement, optimize operations, and enable innovative business models. Your leadership and expertise in managing cross-functional teams will be essential in driving operational excellence, meeting program objectives, and aligning with business goals. What You'll Be Doing
Key Skills for Success: * Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders toward a common vision. * Strategic Thinking: Expertise in defining program roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning them with organizational goals. * Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks while addressing complex challenges. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. * Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with clients, exceeding expectations and uncovering new opportunities. * Time and Budget Management: Expertise in creating, managing, and adhering to timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality outcomes. * Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including backlog management, iterative development, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies. * Adaptability: Resilience and flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications: * 11+ years of experience in program management, strategy development, or operational leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. * Expertise in managing application development projects, preferably on the Microsoft platform. * Experience in contract management, including estimations, scheduling, budgeting, and issue resolution. * Proven experience with managing contracts: estimations, scheduling, budgeting, profitability, issue resolution, and authoring proposals/statements of work. * Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow delivery staff capabilities while meeting or exceeding client expectations. * Skilled in mitigating risks, resolving challenges, and driving successful program outcomes. * Proficient in spend plan creation and management aligned with project timelines and budgets. Preferred Skills: * Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). * Strong background in Agile methodologies and practices. * Experience with cloud-native services and modernization projects.
