Baptist Health is looking for an Epic Healthy Planet - Application Analyst Intermediate to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN

Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of own application and understand connections and collaborates with other applications and technical teams. Under supervision may act as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets that may or may not have system-wide implications.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Bachelor's degree and two years' related experience, or two years' direct experience in lieu of a degree.

• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.

• Some travel is required. Evening and weekend work is required from time to time.

The incumbent will be frequently exposed to magnetic radiation as in CRTs (VDTs).
