Widener University is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for the GLS Grant Campus Suicide Prevention Grant Program. This program plays a pivotal role in facilitating and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive public health and evidence-based approach aimed at enhancing behavioral health services for college students. Reporting to the project lead and executive director of counseling and psychological services, this position is responsible for coordinating efforts to prevent and reduce suicide, depression, serious mental illness (SMI)/serious emotional disturbances (SED), and substance use disorders among college students. The Project Coordinator will work to promote help-seeking behavior, reduce stigma associated with mental health challenges, and improve the identification and treatment of at-risk students to ensure their academic success. This position is grant funded, renewable annually, as is not to exceed a period of three years. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
