The purpose of this fixed-term benefited (FTB) position is to provide technical support in the classification and compensation area of Human Resources, for approximately one year. This is accomplished by responding to inquiries, processing actions, providing customer service, and coordinating related projects. Other duties include: processing pay changes, running audit reports, reconciliation of invoices, data entry, correspondence between municipalities, ensuring compliance with all city policies and Memorandums of Understanding and local/state, federal regulations and participating in other related activities.

Education: Associate degree in business or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in human resources or a related field which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential job functions.
