Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY

The Digital Banking Solutions Specialist is involved throughout Citizens Business Bank's Treasury Management services product development and management lifecycle and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences. Utilizing knowledge of back-office bank operations, Treasury Management services, and customer needs, the Digital Banking Solutions Specialist will assist in the development and maintenance of the Bank's full suite of Treasury Management products and services. This position reports to the Senior Product Manager and directly supports the Product Management team with ongoing product management and development initiatives for all Treasury Management product lines, as well as being heavily involved in escalation support, product testing, and ongoing maintenance. The incumbent's effort and insights will optimize user experiences and ensure our products exceed customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in evaluating user journeys and pain points, provides recommendations that optimize the digital banking experience for our customers. Ensures optimal product development and rollout of new products/enhancement through knowledge of digital banking services applications, specifications, implementation processes, and user interface to ensure optimal product development and rollout of new products/enhancements.
  • Assists in creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements documents that guide the development process.
  • Conducts thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Develops specialized knowledge of assigned and related product lines. Leverages analytics tools to gather and interpret data, producing actionable insights that inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Works closely with product managers to translate customer feedback into product features that enhance usability and functionality.
  • Presents findings and product updates to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and driving alignment on product goals.
  • Works with Product Owners to develop accurate and relevant test plans. Oversees development/enhancement/issue resolution change management processes. Develops and maintain accurate and relevant User Acceptance Test cases to demonstrate client experience during. Assists in coordinating testing efforts, ensuring that new features meet quality standards and align with customer needs before launch. Assists with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products.
  • Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Fifth year college or university program certificate; a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 4 years of Bank Operations experience with a minimum of 4 years supporting Treasury Management products required. Fiserv Premier/Q2 Digital Banking background preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • In-depth knowledge of banking and back-office operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • End-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
  • UAT test script development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and research skills are key to the success of this position.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and product initiatives at one time.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including effective Bendor management for the needs of the Bank.
  • Solid business writing skills.
