Position Summary The NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking a PC Support Technician to provide intermediate MAC and PC hardware and software support for labs or departments. Ensure that MAC's and PCs are maintained and operating effectively and that employees, faculty and/or students have the technological support needed to complete their work. Set up and configure MAC's, PCs, and local area networks, load software and ensure that the computer is operating to standards. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and perform intermediate maintenance and repair of parts and equipment. Location is at 7 East 12th st. Hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5p Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $34.829. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
