Job Summary:

The Coordinator, HR Operations will play a key role in defining and carrying out HR processes in this early-stage company. As ArchWell Health grows, this will be a hands-on colleague who readily jumps into any needed project. Serving as a liaison and resource to our colleagues, supporting internal HR programs, and administration of HR systems are all part of the role. This is a fast-paced position that will stress high quality development and growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Acts as a main representative and a colleague-facing contact of HR Operations
  • Document, setup, and maintain HR Operations workflows to establish and ensure top-level colleague support
  • Become an in-house benefits expert, specializing in helping our new and existing colleagues secure a top-level benefits package
  • Partner with payroll leadership to administer payroll tax returns
  • Carry out key administrative functions for HR Operations processes and colleague data, both recurring and as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding process
  • Complete Verification of Employment requests
  • Other duties and special projects as needed, focusing on knowledge and skills development

  • You have a strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • You have a working/strong knowledge of health and ancillary benefits
  • You are curious, unafraid to ask questions, and value growth in your career
  • You pride yourself on your time management and prioritization
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional, team-driven environment where process suggestions are both encouraged and necessary
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, and willing to aid in additional tasks toward goal completion
  • Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours to meet business needs
  • Comfortable with autonomy


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of related experience preferred; minimum of one year required
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
