Job Summary:

To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Senior Associate Consultant in the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy, software selection and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will support discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, marketing, sales, service, and reporting.

As one of the first Dayforce System Integrator partners for Human Capital Management (HCM), BDO has established a strong presence in North America as a strategic partner. Our team has been rapidly growing, having increased five times in 2022 with a rapidly expanding base of clients.

Job Duties:



  • Acts as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Dayforce HCM solutions including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM) HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll
  • Leads all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live
  • Collects, document & validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality
  • Configures Dayforce to meet client functional requirements
  • Provides internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green
  • Implements Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout
  • Leads training to client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities
  • Manages multiple client/project engagements simultaneously
  • Identifies best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Dayforce
  • Completes new release training as needed & be our expert on Dayforce
  • Other duties as required


Supervisory Responsibilities:



  • Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders
  • Manages project workstreams as directed
  • Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants



Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education



  • Bachelor's Degree and five (5) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required; OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required


Experience



  • Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application experience, required
  • Two (2) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required
  • Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices, preferred
  • Some client facing best practice consulting experience, preferred


License(s)/Certification(s)



  • Dayforce certification, preferred


Software
Experience with one or more of the following Dayforce solutions required:



  • Talent Intelligence
  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Benefits Intelligence
  • Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Advanced HR Analytics
  • Payroll

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $85,000 - $130,000
Maryland Range: $85,000 - $130,000
Washington DC Range: $85,000 - $130,000
