Job Description

The Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment is pleased to announce an opening for a Lead Family Navigator. The Lead Family Navigator position will manage the family navigation team and ensure smooth management of the processes related to helping caregivers navigate their referrals to the center.

Job Duties Include:

* Manage newly referred families by contacting, providing intake, and sending out
appropriate forms
* Oversee all supervisory functions of the team, including recruitment, training, and strategic planning.
* Manage wait list needs such as phone calls, complex situations and consult with center leadership as needed
* Be a point of contact for families who are waiting to be scheduled and guide them through the process from beginning to end.
* Assist with scheduling patients for diagnostic appointments
* Contact referring providers. Develop new processes as needed

Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $18.50/hour - $26.50/hour
Grade: GGS-008
University Title: SENIOR CLINICAL TECHNICIAN
