University Stores Job Description
As part of the fiscal team, the Business Support Specialist II performs a variety of independent, specialized business support duties within Accounts Payable for the University Bookstores (for all four campuses). This position processes invoices and credits and ensures utilization of available discounts on purchases. The position is also responsible for sorting and reviewing daily mail correspondence, as well as matching, scanning and reviewing AP documentation. This position must also provide customer service by answering questions via phone and email from various parties, including store employees, students, and vendors. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up. Essential Functions

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
