JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support and maintain standard work procedures and business processes.
* Assist with the identification of standard work and process needs by collaborating with stakeholders.
* Support the deployment of supply chain training programs and curriculum.
* Assist in the development of the supply chain surveys.
* Review existing business processes with team members.
* Apply tools from lean principal methodology to drive continuous improvement efforts related to supply chain business process (i.e. value stream/process mapping, supplier quality processes, six sigma processes, fishbone diagrams, problem solving skills and 5 why).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with Internship experience or six (6) months or more related work experience OR
* Must have 3-5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
* Familiarity with programming languages and controls software.
* Familiarity with Controller Area Network (CAN)/SAE J1939 and/or Vehicle Networking.
* Automotive/Heavy Equipment Repair or Design Experience.
* Wire Harness design experience.
* Strong Communication Skills
* Strong Problem - Solving Skills
* Team Player and ability to act as a "lead worker'
* Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;
* Write routine reports, correspondence and speak effectively before both internal and external groups;
* Read, analyze and interpret business manuals, technical procedures and/or government regulations
* Read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
* Decision-Making: Regularly makes decisions of responsibility, involving evaluation of information.
* Decisions may require development or application of alternatives or precedents.
