Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to:



  • Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Experience

  • Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)
