The Director of Business and Strategic Operations will play a pivotal role in continuing to mature the operational excellence of the Global Enterprise Field organization. This leader will be responsible for assessing current operational pillars, diagnosing improvements to prioritize, and driving cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives that span the Global Enterprise Field and ecosystem organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both conceptual and analytical acumen, be able to lead through influence, and be adept at project management and change management, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and conduct a systematic approach to consistently evaluate the five pillars of operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive programmatic improvements.
  • Act as PMO for cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and managing through influence.
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of active programs across the organization, ensuring transparency and visibility for all impacted stakeholders.
  • Build and implement templates to standardize processes where applicable, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Advocate for the adoption of the programmatic improvement framework across the organization, actively collecting and synthesizing feedback to refine processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure that improvements are sustained over time, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish reporting cadences and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of programmatic improvements and cross-functional initiatives across our Integrated Go-to-Market, driving accountability and informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or similar strategic roles, operations management or project management, preferably in a global enterprise context.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $119,400 -- $276,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
