The estimated base salary range for this role is "$140,000 to $175,000" per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead innovative marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and targeted strategies to drive Armstrong's B2B and DTC eCommerce success. This role spans diverse advertising channels, including search, social media, email marketing, programmatic display, video, affiliate marketing, and tradeshows.

What You Will Do

  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Design comprehensive marketing strategies to create demand among key audiences, including facility managers, maintenance companies, and business owners.
    • Leverage emerging digital channels to enhance customer engagement and sales.
    • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and integrate them into actionable growth strategies.
  • Campaign Execution & Management
    • Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns across platforms like social media, paid search, email, and video.
    • Manage eCommerce marketing budgets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
    • Lead promotional calendar execution, collaborating with design, marketing, sales, and merchandising teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement
    • Analyze performance of DTC and B2B websites, recommending improvements to enhance UX and drive conversions.
    • Ensure a seamless, engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate across teams to execute marketing deliverables supporting initiatives like energy-saving ceilings.
    • Drive new transactions and cultivate a growing base of returning customers.
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and guide a growing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in eCommerce and digital marketing, focusing on sales growth, campaign execution, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with DSPs and programmatic advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
