You will define deeply technical requirements and scope to maximize the performance and efficiency of our globally distributed platform. You will work with engineering to ensure we have the right system architecture, platform resiliency, telemetry and scalability to effectively deliver demands from the largest Azure customers. ResponsibilitiesYou will provide strategic help to cross-divisional teams as they work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You will also oversee teams as they identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You'll drive cross-divisional teams to define success criteria and provide strategic knowledge to help them understand return on investment. You'll also oversee team collaboration and ensure alignment on product management and release.You will oversee cross-divisional teams as they deliver on feature roadmap, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and hold teams accountable for leading governance programs.You will oversee teams driving continuous improvements by using industry expertise to teach them to validate use cases and helping them partner with other departments to collect performance metrics. You'll also oversee teams that own customer support and ensure cross-divisional participation in direct customer engagements. | |
