The Health Plan Account Manager will retain and grow a book of business by managing day-to-day service requirements within the designated health plan customer segment and/or region. This is largely a remote role with a preference for residency in the Central and Eastern Tme Zones. Some travel will be required.
Required WorkExperience: 3 years+ healthcare/payor experience, including problem resolution, service management, and relationship management Skills:
