Job Description: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide is currently accepting applications for Academic Advisor Level I. Academic Advisors counsel students on all aspects of their academic career including degree planning, academic policies, program changes, transferring credits, and completing graduation requirements. Academic Advisors are expected to communicate with students proactively via telephone and email in order to promote student retention and maintain a high level of customer service.
