Bright Horizons is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our HR Insights & Analytics Team. This role will be instrumental in leading our predictive analytics function within Human Resources. You will work closely with HR leaders to understand their data needs and uncover insights to drive strategic HR decisions. What you will be doing in the role:
What we hope you will bring to the role: Required - Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics or a related field, data science certification a plus. Required - 5 years of experience as a data scientist on an HR or People Analytics team. Would relevant experience be considered in lieu of applicable degree? Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures The annual starting salary rate for this position is between $115,000 - 125,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
