Designs, engineers,
integrates, implements, tests, deploys, maintains, reviews and administers the infrastructure, hardware and software that are required to effectively manage the security and risk posture of the network and resources in alignment with security strategy. Maintains an awareness of market and technology trends in order to bring best of breed solutions to the client. Develops system concepts and applies the systems engineering lifecycle to translate strategic cyber objectives, technology and environmental conditions into engineering outcomes and solutions. Configures cyber systems to meet user requirements. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision; mentors or supervises employees in technical competencies.
