The JLL Real Estate Capital, LLC Compliance team serves as the second line of defense against operational, financial and reputational risk. The Senior Analyst will ensure controls are in place and effective to ensure continued compliance with all Agency, lender and regulatory requirements. The Senior Analyst must be able to identify and understand CRE risk to implement controls, perform quality control, test procedures, and actively work to prevent and mitigate issues.

The Senior Analyst will provide support for the JLL Real Estate Capital origination, underwriting, closing and servicing teams, and must possess a strong knowledge of commercial real estate, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Loan Documents and requirements.

The Senior Analyst must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking and analytical orientation, and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner. The Senior Analyst will be relied upon by Senior Management to work autonomously and provide thoughtful strategies to support and develop the company's compliance framework.

Essential Functions:
* Ensure compliance with all Agency and regulatory requirements
* Composition and implementation of policies and procedures, to include comprehensive annual reviews and updates as needed
* Conduct Know Your Customer screening; including enhanced due diligence such as public records searches and background checks on all clients and vendors
* Assist with vendor due diligence collection and review
* Assist with internal and external audits as needed
* Interpret, summarize and implement Agency Guide updates and new regulatory requirements, to include: policy and procedure updates, controls, network communication, and training initiatives
* Other duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications Required:
* Undergraduate degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years in Commercial Real Estate or equivalent work experience
* Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong writing skills
* Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
* Ability to recognize, understand and mitigate risk
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to audit own work
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Familiarity and knowledge of commercial real estate loan documents
