Adobe Digital Media - Professional Services
Full Stack Developer

The Challenge
This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services
for Adobe Digital Media solutions! The Adobe consulting team is responsible for
providing experienced skills in implementing Adobe applications and integrating
compl ementary Adobe enterprise solutions, and collaborating with clients' existing IT
infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Full Stack Developer that functions as
the Adobe technical authority. Their responsibility is to not only know about the
product's hidden intricacies but to truly understand the implications of every function,
setting, & integration available. A Full Stack Developer might not know everything, but
they know enough to hunt down what they don't know and communicate i t to the
client.
Qualifications
1. Education:
a. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
or a related field. A Master's or equivalent degree is a plus.
2. Technical Skills:
a. Proficiency in front - end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
(including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
b. Strong back - end development skills with languages like Java, Python, Ruby,
Node.js, or C#.
c. Experience with server - side technologies and fram eworks (e.g., Spring,
Express.js, Ruby on Rails).
d. Database expertise, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL,
PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
e. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and
Kubernetes.
f. Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs for building scalable and efficient
applications.
g. Version control using Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
h. Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud) and serverless architectures.
i. Profici ency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
(e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
j. Security awareness, including standard methodologies for securing web
applications and data.
k. Experience with AI, in particular Generative AI, is a plus.
l. Ex perience in mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
3. Professional Experience:
a. Proven track record of developing full - stack applications in a professional
setting.
b. Demonstrated expertise in delivering end - to - end solutions, from
requirements gatherin g to deployment and maintenance.
c. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in
multi - functional teams.
d. Prior work on projects involving large - scale data processing, real - time
systems, or big data technologies is advantageous.
e. Knowledge of software development standard methodologies, including
code reviews, testing (unit, integration, and automated testing), and
documentation.
f. Experience in architecting and designing scalable and resilient systems.
4. Soft Skills:
a. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with
clients, project managers, and multi - functional teams.
b. Problem - solving attitude with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
c. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay updat ed with emerging
technologies.
d. Project management skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
e. Client - focused and able to translate business requirements into technical
solutions.
f. Team collaboration and the ability to mentor junior developers .

5. Cer tifications:
a. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified
Azure Developer, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer can be
beneficial.
6. Portfolio:
a. A strong portfolio showcasing past projects and code samples that
demonstrate your full - stack development skills .
7. Industry Knowledge:
a. Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in the software
development field .
8. Business Insight :
a. Understanding of the technology firm's industry and the ability to align
technical solutions with business objectives.
9. Ethics and Compliance:
a. Commitment to ethical coding practices and compliance with relevant
industry regulations and standards.
10. Continuous Learning:
a. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional
d evelopment through courses, workshops, and conferences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
