The EHS Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing environmental health and safety policies, procedures, and programs within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations by conducting workplace inspections, identifying hazards, providing safety training to employees, and managing incident reports to maintain a safe work environment;essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all EHS matters within the organization. This role is also responsible for the monitoring of all safety procedures and activities within the plant. The EHS Coordinator is required to assist with environmental compliance tasks to maintain plant records and inspections. The EHS Coordinator must show up and be intentional, must exhibit a strong presence thru communication, coaching, training, guiding, and strong engagement with the production team and with every level at the site. This role requires a strong and consistent presence on the production/warehouse floor engaging and coaching and identifying risk reduction opportunities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
