* Recruit Respiratory Clinicians for Contract work setting up PAP equipment in the home for Active Duty military, retired military, and their families
* Must understand advertisement placement for recruiting * Should have a sense of Geography and strategies for hiring contract clinicians * Work closely with compliance department to get a contractor on board * Travel is 50% or more of the job for Face to Face interactions with contract RTs * Train the RT once on board and communicate effectively what the contractors responsibilities will be * Ongoing communication with the Field RTs regarding policy updates, protocol updates, new equipment updates * Annual Clinical Competencies performed with RT contract staff * Manage or Oversee the contractor's clinical abilities * Manage or Oversee contractor's responsibilities to PLI, TB testing, inventory control * Field sales calls with Region Sales Managers as needed * Assist IAMs and coordinate care * Assist IAMs with clinical knowledge * Perform CPAP setups as necessary | |
