Job Overview: The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) will join our Global HRBP team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about driving excellence in talent management, performance calibration, talent review, strategic initiatives, reorganizations, and team redesign. The Associate HRBP will play a crucial role in HRBPs delivery enablement by assisting with key HR initiatives, providing data insights, managing projects and creating resources for the HRBPs and the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Performance Calibration: Support the performance calibration process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations across the organization.
- Talent Review: Participate in talent review sessions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance talent development and succession planning.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Reorganizations and Team Redesign: Assist in the planning and implementation of reorganizations and team redesign efforts to optimize organizational structure and efficiency.
- Data Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Global HRBP team.
- PowerPoint Presentations: Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate workforce trends and HR initiatives in a storytelling format.
- Partnership with HR COEs: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive HR excellence under the guidance of the HRBP team.
- Executive Leadership Collaboration: When ready, partner with executive leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of talent management and performance evaluation processes.
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
