The Human Resources Intern will contribute to a fast-paced growing team in the Human Resources department and will perform tasks independently while working closely with individual team members to ensure that objectives are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support HR Operations team with projects Assist with onboarding activities Research and gather information on Affirmative Action and documentation Assist with Internship recruiting and programs Assist recruitment team as needed Additional related tasks and responsibilities as assigned Education and Skills Required: Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Human Resources, or related degree. Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills are mandatory. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player. Willingness to learn and adapt to change. Be self-motivated. Prior internship and/or related engineering or HR experience are a plus. Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc.
