Marketing Operations Intern

This role can be 100% remote from anywhere in the U.S.

Manage technology stack for global and digital marketing teams including contract management (Conga, Ariba POC), support of new opportunities, and onboarding new technology
• Research current and future technology products, including optimization of products based on priorities
• Own tech stack documentation and maintenance for marketing
• Support projects and initiatives to deploy new MarTech and/or enhance existing functionality; including communication and change management efforts
• Measure adoption of current tech stack, identify and resolve barriers to adoption and bring awareness to new features for our users
• Support identification, documentation, workflows, processes, and delivery of new training plan for marketing technology and skillsets. Including, updating current documentation
• Collate and manage training content and materials for MarTech including SharePoint sites and Degreed certifications
• Administrative Duties: Support Marketing Operations team with purchases (Ariba), Support ad hoc analytics requests as needed, Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree (in progress)
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable being a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis is required
• Experience with or a desire to learn other digital marketing technologies
• Remote work is an option

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Modeled by extensive market analysis and economic best practices, Shure offers competitive intern compensation that is reviewed and adjusted annually by our Total Rewards Team to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top intern talent. Each internship has an hourly rate which varies from $21-$40 per hour based on job function (Engineering, IT, Business, etc) and year completed in school (Junior, Masters 2nd year, PHD, etc).
