Location Site: Salem Hospital Main Campus Department: SH IP Rehab Therapies Position Type: Full Time Your Role and Team - Inpatient Rehab Therapy: Come join our dynamic and collaborative Inpatient Rehab Therapy team working to empower patients. We value collaboration and teamwork to help our patients meet their goals. At Salem Health you get to work at the top of your license, treating patients with a variety of diagnoses within our inpatient rehab unit. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) plays an integral role in the planning and implementation of occupational therapy services and discharge planning. As part of our team you are afforded the opportunity to broaden your professional knowledge by working closely with other therapy providers, care managers, allied health specialists, physicians, and advanced practice providers We think work should be both challenging and rewarding and encourage staff to expand their knowledge with annual continuing education funds/paid days off, and ongoing.
