Who we are: Together, we are building the future of criminal investigations, and need people who are mission-driven, love technology, and who won't settle for less than excellence to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our Intel product team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Agile development environment and will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to drive the success of our software products. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, gathering and interpreting data, and providing insights to enhance our product offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
Agile Development: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
User Stories: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Product Roadmap: Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product features, enhancements, and user stories.
This might be you if you have SOME of the following:
1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
Have an obsession for diving deep to help find the RIGHT solution for our investigators.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our product team works across the entire organization so speaking in small and large groups are commonplace.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. What you can expect from us:
We serve with energy, diligence, and persistence. We deeply believe the work we do makes a difference in the lives of our users, the communities they protect, and the victims they serve. We won't stop pushing to make our products do more and to make each other better. You will have access to technical and soft skill training through sites like Pluralsight and RightNow Media to grow your skills. If we don't have it and you think you should learn it, just ask. Further, we take our work seriously. Ourselves, not as much. You'll have fun here.
Comp and Benefits: *Candidates must live locally within the DFW area, as this position requires on-site presence. *
