A DAY IN THE LIFE Manages Reliability Engineer Team to deliver production environment changes, ensure application uptime SLAs, and provide timely solutions for escalated incidents. Works with the RE Team to bridge development to production using CI/CD frameworks to ensure stability and minimal downtime to customers. Assists with coordination of Production Release Management framework & communications. Leads Major Incident responses including incident bridge call coordination, communications, and post incident reviews. Works with Help Desk Manager to track escalated incident trends and Operating Level/Service Level Agreements (OLAs/SLAs) to improve application reliability for our end users. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field, or combinations of related education and work experience required. Four or more years of technical leadership experience effectively managing or leading IT teams. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Experience with service desk or application support teams preferred.
