Role and Responsibilities:


We are seeking a diligent and hardworking ship's provisioning Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various physical tasks, including manually unloading or loading navy ships and other transport devices.



  • Work with a team that is primarily composed of individuals with disabilities.

  • Perform manual loading and unloading of navy ships and other transport devices, including transporting goods using hand trucks, carts, or daisy chains.

  • Sort, stock, pull, package, and repackage products in designated storage locations, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Inspect items for quality and freshness, discarding any damaged or expired products.

  • Keep storage areas clean and organized, performing routine cleaning tasks as needed.

  • Adhere to safety programs and practices, ensuring a safe working environment, and comply with all safety protocols and regulations.

  • Follow all policies and procedures set forth by CW Resources and the U.S. Government.

  • Communicate any issues related to inventory, supplies, or equipment to supervisors promptly.


Requirements:



  • No experience needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, grab and lift.

  • Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift.
