As the Lean Manufacturing Implementation Expert, you will play a critical role in driving lean methodologies and practices across the production floor, warehouse, logistics, and various business processes. You will work with various members of the leadership team to institutionalize continuous improvement (CI) practices within the entire organization. This position will represent Operations in the GO Lean team and execute on global programs appropriately as well as share best practices within the entire global operations network. This position will focus on training employees, implementing lean principles, enhancing operational efficiency, and realizing cost reductions. This role demands a proactive influencer who can inspire a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence The OpportunityStrategic Lean Implementation Responsibilities (70%)

Relocation assistance is available for this opportunity The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, Arizona is 118,400.00 - 220,000.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
