Global Compensation Analyst

Our client is seeking a detailed Global Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards Team. In this role you will support the data gathering, analysis and delivery of global compensation structures and programs. You will play a very important role in developing, implementing and administering the day to day operations of the compensation programs. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in compensation management and excellent communication/analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete annual external salary surveys
  • Lead administration and regular reporting requirements for the overall rewards and recognition programs.
  • Maintain reference materials using SharePoint
  • Conduct salary analyses, competitive market pay comparisons and Job evaluations to identify trends and make compensation suggestions
  • Assist monthly compensation department invoice reconciliation and processing
  • Key player in the administration of the Company's global compensation programs and cycles (salary planning, sales, short-term and long-term incentive plans)
  • LeadCompensation Management system configuration, creating process trainings and communications, liaising with HR teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution, and preparing reports and analysis
  • Manage data audits and support data integrity processes ensuring accuracy and integrity in HRIS system
  • Support team with ad hoc reporting and analysis

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
